How much will it cost?
There are so many variables in counting the cost...square
footage, types of materials used, what your needs are, type of flooring,
roofing, fixture, lighting etc. The only way to know accurately what the
cost will be, is to obtain a current, stamped, set of plans with specifications.
From this we can give you an accurate quote. If you don't have one, a
very rough, ball park figure can be given right away, but again, there are
so many variable that affect the cost, this is only a rough figure.
How long will it take?
Again, this depends so much on the specific project, and all that is entailed.
Every project will differ. However, when all necessary information is
obtained, a time frame can be given.
Where do I begin?
First, determine what you can afford. Then determine what your needs
are. Then determine if you want a package home or would you prefer a
custom home.
Why does it take so long to get a quote?
Because once we receive a set of plans, copies need to be made, and sent out to
sub-contractors who also need time to get there quote.
Should I go with a package home or custom?
This depends on how much you want to spend.
