My wife and I just recently completed and took possession of our "dream home" in the Puako area of the Big Island of Hawaii.

The home is a compound of 5 structures composing approximately 4000 square feet of finished area. The home is a unique blend of Hawaiian, Polynesian and contemporary architecture. It features an extensive application of a number of exotic and interesting wood products and was a challenge for the superb craftsmen at Construction 3.

Throughout the entire process from building permit approval, construction, completion and sign off the whole experience has been nothing but productive and enjoyable. Although the home took a bit longer to build due to the extensive amount of detailed finish carpentry and dedication to detail, the home was brought in on budget ad is a show piece of workmanship excellence.

Fred and his son Sam went out of their way to deliver us the finest home in their power and to do so at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. It is a unique experience in business when, at the end of the business relationship you have gained some new friends in the process.
